Prep
Chop coriander leaves ginger and green chilies.
Cooking
Add chopped coriander leaves, ginger, and green chilies to a blender or grinder.
Add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder (jeera powder), chaat masala, and table salt.
Blend the ingredients with water until smooth.
