An easy and delicious fried rice dish with umami flavors that is made with rice, mushrooms, soy sauce, onions, and vinegar.
Cooked White Rice
1.5 cup
Ginger
1 tsp
Green Chillies

Prep
Chop onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies, and spring onion, and set them aside.
Wash and slice the mushrooms after cleaning them thoroughly
Cooking
Heat some oil in a wide non-stick pan over a medium flame.
Add the ginger, garlic, green chilli, and onions, and saute for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and salt, and cook for 4 minutes.
Mix in soy sauce and vinegar, and cook for 1 minute while stirring occasionally.
Add cooked rice, some of the spring onion, and a pinch of salt, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat, add the remaining spring onions, and mix well before serving.
