Which finger or hand am I supposed to wear the ring on?
We recommend wearing the Gabit Smart Ring on the index finger of your non-dominant hand for optimal comfort and convenience. However, you're free to wear it on any finger that feels best for you — this won't impact the accuracy of your health tracking.
Is my phone compatible with the Gabit Smart Ring?
Gabit Smart Ring is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. You can download the Gabit app from Play Store or App Store to get started on your health journey.
How does the Gabit Smart Ring differentiate from other wearables?
Gabit Smart Ring is your complete health loop – to put it succinctly. It tracks all necessary body markers during your sleep, activity and is always on without any distraction. It tracks your calorie output in active, resting and sleep stages, your heart rate, heart rate variability, your sleep quality, your stress levels and much more. There is a steady flow of data to keep you motivated. However, what makes Gabit Smart Ring a complete health loop is, it's based on Gabit's philosophy of health interconnectedness. To help you with this, Gabit offers nutrition and fitness subscription plans where coaches work with you closely to improve your body markers and you are even able to track your calorie input along with calorie output giving you a complete calorie balance for the day.
Can I wear the ring everyday?
Yes, you can wear the right throughout your day, during workouts and even while you are swimming. It might bear scratches on contact with heavy metal, but that shouldn't bother you as Gabit Smart Ring is made of titanium alloys and is adequately sturdy. Regardless of the external situation, it will keep providing you with insights that will help improve your health – at any given point of time.
How long does the ring take to fully charge?
Gabit Smart Ring can go from 0% to 100% in less than 2 hours of charge.
Can the ring be considered a medical device?
No. Gabit Smart Ring should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgement. It is not designed or intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any condition or disease.
I just placed my ring order, now what?
Just sit back and relax – we will ship you the ring sizing kit. Once you place the order on the Gabit platform, we will deliver the ring sizing kit to you in 2-7 business days. Please use the sample rings to decide which ring size is most suitable for you. Later, download the Gabit app and log onto it to select your size. Once this step is successfully completed, your Gabit Smart Ring will get delivered to you in another 2-7 business days. The delivery time may vary based on your delivery pincode.
Is the ring covered with any kind of warranty?
Gabit Smart Ring comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on the hardware during normal usage. Please note that accidental damages are not covered under the warranty policy. In case of any queries, please reach out to us at care@gabit.com or +18722644596.
What is the return/refund policy on Gabit Smart Ring?
We don't have a refund policy for Gabit Smart Ring. However, in case the ring has any manufacturing defects, we will inspect and repair/replace it within 30 days.
Does long-term wear of the ring have adverse effects on the skin?
Not at all! The material used to make Gabit Smart Ring is non-allergenic and non-metallic. We recommend that you wear it at all times. In case you get an allergic reaction, please consult a skincare professional at the earliest.
