Can I use Whey by Näck if I’m lactose intolerant?
Slightly lactose-sensitive individuals may tolerate Näck Whey Protein since it contains added enzymes that help digest lactose. However, for severe lactose intolerance, Näck Plant Protein Powder is a better option as it’s dairy-free, allergen-friendly, and has a complete EAA profile.
When is the best time to consume the product if I want to build muscle mass?

We source our Whey Concentrate from the Netherlands and Whey Isolate from Ireland.
