A hearty, tasty flatbread made with only three ingredients that can be eaten as a snack or with sides. It has a soft texture inside and a crispy exterior, making it delicious.
Jowar Flour
1 cup
Water
0.5 cup
Pure Cow Ghee
0.5 tbsp
Sesame Seeds
1 Tsp
Prep
Make a dough by mixing jowar flour and enough water.
Knead well, cover, and set the dough aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll out rotis from each ball using a bit of flour for dusting.
Cooking
Heat a flat pan, place the rolled dough on it, sprinkle some sesame seeds and roast them well.
Flip it when the bottom of the dough turns crispy brown and cook the other side.
Serve after putting in some ghee.
