A tasty and nutritious dish that is made with bitter gourd stuffed with raw mango and spices.
Red Chilli Powder
Lightly peel the bitter gourds and make a cut lengthwise.
Apply salt inside and outside of bitter gourds and keep aside for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Wash the bitter gourds and squeeze properly.
Prepare the masala for stuffing by mixing fennel seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and chopped mango.
Stuff the bitter gourds with prepared masala and close properly.
Heat oil in a thick bottom pan, add turmeric and stuffed bitter gourds and cook covered on slow flame for 15-20 minutes.
