Time to cook
A dish bursting with flavors, fresh okra pods are slit and filled with a mixture of spices, and cooked to delightful crispness.
Red Chilli Powder
Wash and dry the okra and cut its top and bottom.
Make a vertical slit on each okra, ensure not to split them in half.
Mix ground peanuts, red chili powder, ground cumin ground coriander, turmeric, cilantro and salt and fill this stuffing in the slit okra carefully.
Heat oil in a pan, add the stuffed okra and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes gently stirring.
If there is any leftover stuffing sprinkle it over the cooked okra and give it a gentle stir cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy hot!
