A salad made with raw or blanched broccoli florets, combined with onion, nuts and creamy dressing.
Broccoli
150 gram
Onion Raw
1 tbsp
Lemon Juice
0.5 tbsp
Salt
1 pinch
Prep
Steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp. Let them cool.
Chop the onions.
Cooking
In a large bowl, combine steamed broccoli florets, and chopped onion.
Add lemon juice and salt.
Toss well and serve.
