Onion Raw

Lemon Juice

Prep
Steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp. Let them cool.
Chop the onions.
Cooking
In a large bowl, combine steamed broccoli florets, and chopped onion.
Add lemon juice and salt.
Toss well and serve.
