A easy versatile chutney recipe made with four ingredients namely fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, and ginger. It can be served as a dipping sauce with various varieties of pakora, samosa, kachori or with vada varieties
Coriander Leaves

Mint Leaves
0.5 cup
Green Chillies
0.5 tsp
Fresh Ginger
1 slice
Cumin Powder
0.5 Tsp
Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp

Prep
Pluck the leaves and tender stems from coriander bunch.
Pluck only mint leaves from their stems.
Rinse the coriander and mint leaves very well in a strainer with water.
Roughly chop them and keep aside with the other ingredients.
Cooking
In a mixer-grinder, take all of the chutney ingredients. Add water and blend to a smooth and fine consistency. Make sure there are no chunks of any ingredient in the chutney.
Transfer the chutney to a small bowl or jar.
