A refreshing variety of assorted fresh fruits, bursting with natural flavors put together.
Cashew Nuts, Raw
Rinse the pomegranate thoroughly, dry it with a kitchen towel, and cut it into quarters or halves.
Separate the pomegranate seeds into a bowl.
Rinse and drain the other fruits, removing any inedible parts, and cut them into equal-sized pieces.
Chop the nuts without roasting for added flavour.
Peel and chop the bananas.
Combine the chopped fruits, pomegranate seeds, and chopped nuts in a large salad bowl.
Gently mix all the fruits together.
Serve the fruit salad immediately, garnished with mint sprigs and chopped nuts.
