A flavorful and easy-to-make dish that is made with juicy chicken breasts or thighs cooked in a creamy garlic sauce.

Prep
Cut the washed and cleaned chicken.
Crush garlic cloves and slice some more garlic cloves.
Slice the green chillies and onions.
Finely chop coriander leaves and grate the ginger.
In a mixing bowl, add the minced garlic, curd, grated ginger, turmeric, and salt.
Add the chicken to this, coat it all well and keep it aside for at least 4 hours.
Cooking
Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan over medium flame and add sliced garlic.
Remove some garlic from the oil to use for garnishing later.
Add sliced onions, green chillies, salt, and turmeric to the pan and sauté for about 7 minutes until the mixture turns golden brown.
Add the marinated chicken and cook for around 25 minutes.
Add the required water once the chicken releases its juices.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and garnish with garlic.
