Cold Pressed Olive Oil

Garlic

Prep
Mix lemon juice, oil, grated ginger, grated garlic, black pepper powder, and salt.
Marinate the fish with the prepared mixture, and refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours.
Cooking
Heat a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Remove the pomfret from the marinade and place it in the hot skillet.
Cook the fish for about 4 minutes on each side.
