A super delicious dish made using tender fish fillets seasoned with herbs and spices, then grilled to perfection.
Catfish Fillets
2 fillet
Lemon Juice
2 tbsp
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
2 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
Fresh Ginger
1 Tbsp
Fresh Garlic
3 clove
Green Onion
0.25 cup
Onion Powder
0.5 Tsp
Paprika
0.5 Tsp
Cayenne Pepper Powder
0.25 Tsp
Prep
Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, Cold Pressed Olive Oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, minced onion, paprika, and cayenne pepper together.
Put the fish in a zipper-seal bag and pour the liquid mixture over it.
Seal the bag and marinate it in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
Cooking
Grease the grill grate or fish basket thoroughly and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the fish for 4 minutes on each side.
Flip the fish only once and brush it with the reserved marinade when flipping.
The fish is fully cooked when it changes from translucent to opaque (white) or reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees F.
