A quick and delicious tea or breakfast snack that is made from leftover idli, aromatics, and herbs.
Ginger Garlic Paste
Red Chilli Powder
Pav Bhaji Masala
Cut idlis into cubes.
Heat butter in a wok(kadai) and add onions and saute them until translucent.
Once the onions are sauteed, add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala and stir.
Add water, boil and add chopped idlis and mix, till the spices coat the idlis. Cook this for half a minute.
Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves, stir and serve.
