A mildly spiced Indian-style savory oatmeal breakfast porridge recipe that is made with mixed vegetables and Indian spices.
Cold Pressed Olive Oil

Cooking
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin.
Once they splutter add green chilies, ginger, and saute, add onions and saute until they become light brown. Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric and garam masala and cook till the tomatoes turn mushy.
Add rinsed steel-cut oats, mixed vegetables, water and salt and mix well.
Close the pressure cooker and cook on medium heat for 1-2 whistles and let the pressure release naturally.
Open the lid and add coriander leaves, lime juice, and mix.
Add water as per desired consistency.
