Time to cook
A scrambled dish made with crumbled paneer and green peas. It is cooked with spices, onions, and tomatoes.
Red Chilli Powder
Chop vegetables and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add onions and garlic and sauté until onions turn golden brown.
Add tomatoes, cook until soft and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Add crumbled paneer and green peas (matar) and mix everything together.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes on low heat until the paneer and peas are heated through.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
