A traditional Japanese soup made with miso paste, tofu, seaweed bits, and other ingredients, providing a savoury and nourishing start to a meal.
Boil water and dashi granules in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and add miso paste along with tofu.
Separate the layers of green onions, and add them to the soup.
Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
