Step-by-step instructions to cook

Prep

Chop, picador chillies and coriander.

In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, besan, onion, picador chilli, and carom seeds.

Knead into a stiff dough using water.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll out rotis from each ball using a bit of wheat flour for dusting.

Cooking

Heat a non-stick tawa and cook the roti using a little oil, till it turns golden brown from both sides.
