A flavorful dish of brown rice cooked with savory mushrooms, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.
Cold Pressed Olive Oil

Fresh Garlic

Onion Raw

Cremini Mushrooms
2 cup
Brown Rice Cooked
1.5 cup

Cooking
Heat oil in a medium-large pot over high heat, add half the mushrooms and some salt, and cook for about 4 minutes until they brown. Keep this aside.
Add the remaining oil, garlic and onions to the pot and sauté for 2 mins.
Add mushrooms and sauté for another 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally until they brown.
Add cooked brown rice and salt, mix and cook covered on medium-low for about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked mushrooms, mix well and serve.
