Time to cook
A gluten-free and vegan rice dish made with cooked rice, sauteed button mushrooms, spices, and herbs, that is flavorful and easy to cook.
Cooked White Rice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2.5 spring onion
Cook rice until tender and cool it completely.
Chop spring onions and slice mushrooms.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic and sauté briefly.
Add spring onion whites and cook until translucent.
Add mushrooms and sauté until they're cooked and water has evaporated.
Add pepper, sesame seeds, thyme, and oregano, and mix.
Add cooled cooked rice and salt; stir and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with scallions (spring onions), and serve.
