A popular scrambled Indian dish made with crumbled paneer cooked with onions, tomatoes, and spices.
Paneer

Prep
Crumble the paneer and set it aside.
Wash and finely cut the onions and tomatoes.
Cooking
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds (jeera) and let it crackle.
Next, add ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped onions, and salt. Saute until the onions turn golden in color.
Add the roughly chopped tomatoes and continue sauteing.
Once the mixture turns mushy, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder and saute for a minute.
Now, add the crumbled paneer and mix well. If it seems too dry, sprinkle a few drops of water, but be cautious not to add too much.
Cover and cook for a minute.
Finally, add coriander leaves and kasoori methi, give it a quick mix, and switch off the heat
