A paneer sandwich is a simple, easy, and tasty sandwich that can be made for breakfast, evening snacks, or for a light lunch or dinner. It is made with paneer layered with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, butter, chutneys, and chat masala.

Prep
Crumble the paneer in a bowl or pan.
Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder (amchur powder), curd, and salt. Mix well.
Take the bread slices and spread some butter on them.
Spread sandwich chutney on the slices.
Place thin onion slices and sliced bell pepper on the bread slices.
Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
Place the prepared paneer stuffing.
Cover with the remaining bread slices on which both butter and sandwich chutney have already been spread.
Cooking
Place the paneer sandwiches in a preheated sandwich maker and grill until they are crisp and golden.
Remove the sandwiches from the maker and serve them hot or warm.
