Time to cook
A healthy snack made by cooking sprouted moong beans in water along with some salt and haldi.
Soak the green gram in enough water, cover and keep aside for 6 hours.
Drain completely, tie them in a muslin cloth and keep them aside in a warm place to sprout for 10 to 12 hours.
Mix green gram sprouts, water, salt and turmeric in a non-stick pan and cook covered on a medium flame for 15 minutes.
