A popular street food in which fresh corn on the cob is roasted over an open flame & seasoned with salt, chili powder & lemon juice.
Corn Kernals
1 cob
Salt
1 pinch
Lemon Juice
1 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes
0.5 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder
0.5 tsp
Cooking
Peel the corn cobs and place each one on an aluminium foil.
Sprinkle salt, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, and lemon juice.
Wrap the aluminium foil around each cob and twist the ends to seal them.
Cook the wrapped cobs for 15 minutes. Then, open the foil and serve the corn while it's hot.
