A popular and delicious Mumbai street food sandwich made with a mix of vegetables, green chutney, and a few spice powders.
Whole wheat bread
Black Pepper Powder
Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, chaat masala, and a pinch of salt to make chutney.
Boil or steam beetroot and potatoes, then peel and slice them.
Peel and thinly slice onion, cucumber, and tomatoes.
Butter the bread slices and spread the chutney.
Place vegetable slices, sprinkle black salt, and chaat masala.
Cover with another bread slice.
Slice into triangles or rectangles and serve immediately.
